Abstract
This study explores how DBS Group, a mid-sized Bangladeshi ready-made garments (RMG) exporter, implements digital transformation technologies—Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)—to enhance supply chain efficiency.
